Services

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Together the client and therapist work collaboratively to reach the client's treatment goals, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies. 

Sessions are 45-50 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions as clinically appropriate. 

Couples Therapy

Couples work with a therapist in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help them reach their goals. Couples therapy can be a great tool for addressing underlying conflict as well as developing and strengthening strategies for maintaining a healthy secure relationship. Couples report improvements in communication, building trust and enhancing intimacy. 

Couples therapy sessions are out of pocket only. Sessions are 60 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.
